cellboy: (So heavy)
Today is day 8 of work. I am slowly coming out of my "down" mood (actually was feeling very shitty), from the stress and anxiety of family health issues (my mom) etc (more later). I was getting at least 7 hrs of sleep each night, but was exhausted all week. Did my gym thing, but my strength has been weak. I did not venture to SF on the weekend, and actually was asleep by 10:30pm last night, and woke up on my own at 5:45am, feeling somewhat rested.

I actually went to the gym this am (no crowds), had better strength and saw one of the hottest men ever getting dressed in the locker room, WOOF!!! Nice furry pecs, fur all down to his tanned stomach; muscular, but not too much; handsome as hell. Had his construction boots on, half buttoned blue jeans hiked up to his crotch. As he lifted his arms in the air to put on his shirt.......ahhhhhhh what a body. That lifted my spirits! So I will be thinking about him all day.... with a slight rise :-)

Interestingly, in the last few years, I have met lots of people with this symptom. Whereas years ago, one never had heard of it. Sort of like coming out of the closet. Or is it only recently discovered? This video portrays what I have experienced, when sleeping with people who have sleep apnea; sleeping without a CPAP. The degree of the symptom varies from person to person. This would be my time to sleep in another room, or with earplugs, and possibly sleeping pills... to get through the night :-) All humor aside, adequate REM sleep is important. This is a serious symptom, with many potential solutions available. Some of my friends sleep (or sleep very little) just like this:
