THE LONE STAR this Sunday the 30th.... 4-8pm

There will be a big after holiday event/party at the LONE STAR; Silent Auction! Wait till you see what's in store! Complimentary door gifts, and raffle prizes of course. Nice classy stuff (not the cheap porno, or Blowbuddies stuff-- well maybe a few). So here is the info. DON"T BRING TOYS! Christmas is over. Just bring yourselves. This is one of the few large events that the LS has had. So it will be fun. (I'll post this again as a reminder)

Lazy night

Did some intensive research on protien intake etc on Bodybuilding.com. Lots of info. A lot of conflicting ideas, but also some good basic info. So am doing my intake differently from now on. Should make lots of difference.

Gym and trainer at 8 am. Back, bi's. Had a lot of strength today. Was a good intense workout :-)

After breakfast, went to Castro to help Dan and Daryll move. Mark Paladini, and Scott Brogan also helped. They are moving from Collingwood over to Park Merced, near Stonestown. Way on the other side of town! Nice apt though. Hope they can deal with the lack of gay peeps there, since they have lived in the Castro for so many years.

They treated us to lunch at Harveys. Even with the rain, lots of hotties walking around.

I forgot about my DMV car renewal.. due yesterday. Paid on line.

Off to major food shop. Cupboard is bare

May stay in tonight. Damp and rainy. And need to organize place and clean up. And want to read my new book. And need to watch the 3 good Porn DVD's I won a few weeks ago. Good one's. Raging Stallion. At least not Titian. I may see Scott in that one, which I don't need (lol). Maybe it will be "my night" tonight. Glass of wine, salmon dinner, and a good book. And then a hot bath.

Was that my EX of 1984 at Safeway (So. San Francisco)?

This is weird. I have been thinking off an on about him for years, and more often recently. He was my first boyfriend. And it was during my coming out period. It lasted 2-3 yrs. Was not the best relationship, with my confusion of the coming out. Sorta rocky. But he was sweet. Anyway, he was to move back to his home, Sayville/Bayport, Long Island after Chevron laid him off. He missed it.

Anyway, here I am at the local grocery store staring at the varieties of cheeses, and I see this man, and a male friend shopping. I look at him, and swear it was him. But I also swear it is not him. He had the same look (very butch cute), and same mannerisms of my ex. But thinner, grayer. I was not sure. I looked several times, he did not look or acknowledge my looking at him. They disappeared down the next aisle, so I went around the other way to pass them. I said "excuse me", they sort of moved, but did not look up.
But hell. Was that him or not? Its been 23 years. And we have changed since. I then decided to go up to him and ask him. They were now at the checkout. I went next to them to unload the food, and the clerk told me this was a 15 item or less, I have too much food. So I said sorry louder than usual. He did not look up. But I noticed an old acne scar near his cheek bone, like what I somewhat remembered. I then moved to the next checkout register. They left shortly. Shit. Was that him? I moved too slow. Maybe it was him, and he saw me first, and did not want to deal with it. That's why he never looked up?
So I just posted a diddy on Craig's list, missed connections. Who knows?

Well if it was him, he loved the Eagle beer busts. So maybe he will be there. Especially if he is just visiting. Now this is going to haunt me for awhile
