accomplished; figured what to do, and finally went to ChapsII bar

1. Gym this morning
2. First visit to tanning salon (5 min)
3. Cleaned, divided plants and swept my balcony. So dirty. The Pacific winds made a mess of it this winter and spring. But need to clean the windows.
4. Went to Investiture. This is the last celebration for the Imperial Court of SF. Where again the new Emperor and Empress get crowned. People get knighted etc. I had to go, since I know most. And since I missed Coronation.
5. Was held at the Holiday Inn on Van Ness (the drinks at the bar near the front of the lobby were almost 50% cheaper!)
6. Then met friends at Chaps Bar (formally My Place). Small and packed. Most of the men were familiar faces. So nothing new
7. Of course the big furry muscular types, and Bear types catch my eye. But they of course are with the same types (sigh). They seem to walk right through us (sigh again).
8. Seems like most were all with friends, small groups. Not sure if this is really a cruising bar.
9. Does old fashioned cruising still exist? Or are bars becoming more of a social meet friends thing, and cruising is saved for the internet?
10 HOT It was boiling inside. Shirts were off
11.HOT HOT HOT. When I left SF at midnight, the temp was 77 deg. Now that is rare for this time of year. My apt is boiling. Now I have to get used to the outside noises while I sleep with the windows open. Birds are still chirping.
12. With this weather, the Eagle is a definite must tomorrow. I mean today.

My trainer

wants to come over to my place after training, and have me help him clean up his resume. What's that all about? His pc has died. Glad I cleaned house yesterday. My sister says this straight boy may have a crush on me.

Did

1. Gym this morning. My trainer had me do super sets, with machines, and dumbbells, working on delts. And finally towards the end, biceps. On the biceps he had me super setting so much, that even 10lbs was a chore towards the end. Fatigue.
2. To give me incentive, while doing the bicep curls, I kept looking at a cute short, tattooed and muscle packed Latino across the room (he does competitions), working on his big guns. Woof!
3. After gym went to Trader Joes to get food. Too much food (never shop on empty stomach and after working out!)
4. Had my usual weekend, 6-7 egg white omelet (with one egg yoke), with 50% fat swiss, salsa, diced Canadian bacon, and spinach. Two toasts with peanut butter, and honey and molasses. I had no dinner. Last night...
5. With 2 weeks off from the gym (during that time my nerve in shoulder was hurting- Chiro says it's an easy quick orthoscopic fix). But now that I am working out, it is getting better! More conditioned I guess.
6. During my two weeks off gym, I lost 5 lbs? Maybe because I cut back on Protein Supps, and food a bit? Maybe it was water weight.
7. My trainer and I are meeting tomorrow at 6 am gym. Then tomorrow night, I owe him a dinner. Then he may come over to my place and work on his resume.
8.That reminds me. I need to go to Rock Hard, and use my gift cert. I need to get some lube.
9. This Apple mouse is driving me crazy! The scroll ball can only move down! I have cleaned, rubbed it on pant legs, and tapped it (that usually works), but no luck. Off to the Apple Store.
10 It was deg 70 at 11 am this morning. SF will be scorching!!!
11. Off to the city! Yahoo!!

1. Hot weather
2. Eagle crowded, almost too crowded. Vern is cute.
3. Off to 440 later on. Packed. Too hot
4. eep! Went to Badlands dancing. And low and behold, some leather folk were there too. Now that's a switch. Danced, groped, danced.... there were some hot ones!
5. Off to Sushi place for dinner
6. Fog coming in. Getting cold :(

8. Nite (gym at 6 am) :(
