He was good! DJ Neil Lewis

While working on the performance review at home, I played 2 old dance CD's of Magnitude 2000, and Magnitude Late Night, by DJ Neil Lewis. Wow! I forgot how good he was. If you like dance/industrial, you might enjoy this. His style is timeless. I don't have QuickTime Pro 7 installed at the moment so I can't post to share. But will later.

was better than the last few days :)
1. Went to Pacifica for my annual eye exam. I love my Dr. She is at most 4 ft tall. And has to stand on a small stool to look at my eyes (when I am sitting). I opted for her even though my insurance does not cover, for her wit and good bedside manner :). My eyes are fine. No prescription change
2. Weather was nice, but the nasty fog is on its way in :(
3. Gym was good tonight!
4 2 weeks ago I could only do at the most 3-4 reps to achieve my new PR
5. Tonight I did, at that same PR weight, 12 reps on the first set , down to 6 reps my the 3rd set! I got strong! I also did well on the hammer strength machines, and the seated dips. My pecs are/were bulging! Of course by morning they will be deflated (LOL)

I go to Sacramento, visit mom. Then go food/wine tasting in Sac with my sister, brother-in-law, my nephew and his wife. And for the first time meet my first great nephew :)
