is when you get friended by someone, who has never posted a single thing (except for the new members- give em a chance). Or one that has not posted something since May 2008 or longer? I have quite a few. I friended them to see if they have a friends only posts. They do not. So guess I will un-friend them? Would be nice to know a bit about them. This is no big deal but whatever.

After seeing [livejournal.com profile] bukephalus's post of a leather Xmas party, I am feeling somewhat guilty.
For the past 4 yrs, I have not putting up my Xmas Tree. I have a long history of collecting ornaments, and miss seeing them. In part I did not put one up, because living in Pacifica, most of the SF peeps would not come (they think anything south of Daly City is no man's land). And my family came down the previous yrs, but these past 3 yrs, I went up to them. Plus I had a BF then, so we pushed each other to do trees in our homes.
Last year, I had just moved here, and hassle of digging stuff out of storage was discouraging (but at least I am now on the BART line so friend could come. And of course lj'ers are all invited as well!
So now looking at the holiday dance card, seems lots of weekends may be taken by other friends and events? Maybe not. So do I put a tree up or not? I pre-tied the 1500 lights to the artificial tree yrs ago, so that's easy. It's just setting up everything. I could always do an after New Yrs party. The previous party I had, cost me over $800 in booze and food. Everyone got plastered and well fed. It was pretty successful.
This will take some thinking. In any case, I need to start entertaining more. Why am I getting so lazy?
