Shirt Survey #3 (continued)

OK. I have 2 responses, to the Shirt Survey, but no majority decision. Which one do I wear? I will be on my way at 3pm (PT) :)

workout brunch (I had a protein shake right after training).

6 egg white omelet (one yolk this time- and slightly over cooked- oops!), avocado, spinach, low fat Swiss cheese, sliced Canadian bacon, salsa. Toast with peanut butter (addicted) and honey, orange juice, coffee.

Cooking ahead

Baked 5 chicken breasts, and 2 sweet potatoes, to nuke for dinner, after gym (if I work out at night before dinner). All I need to do is cook fresh or frozen veggies, and toss a quick salad. If no potatoes, then instant brown rice. Other choices in the fridge for this week, salmon, or steak :)

Shirt Survey (continued again)

Well it was a tie. Between B and E. So as danielefton suggested; put in a crazy pile, close eyes, toss, and pick one.

Off to the Edge for an event, then 440 for Furry Sunday (hope arthole is the DJ today :)

Hummm. As we get closer to summer, maybe I should forgo going commando on weekends, and start collecting interesting underwear, jockstraps, and thongs, for a new what to wear out on Sunday survey. Nah. Well maybe :)

I am home actually early!!! What's up with that?

1. Last night, ended up meeting friends in the Castro (I was to go to the Powerhouse).
2. Then suddenly there were others I ran into at 440.
3. So the one hour meet, ended up being a 4 hr strut from 440, Edge, and yes God forbid, the Midnight Sun!
4. Aside from the 4 rounds of shots, and 4 beers, I actually was OK this am. My gym workout this morning was good! And there were only 4 others there too. Nice! No waiting! Never have to anyway.
5. Not sure if it is my age, but I just can't drink like I used to.
6. Today at the Edge even though I paid for the bust, I hardly touched the beer.
7. Same thing at Furry Sunday at 440. Of course almost every corner of 440 was filled with very good looking men. Oh Daddy! I just can't make up my mind what type really attracts me. I see one type, then another, then another, then another. I like em all :)
8. I was home by 7:30. Reheated dinner, watched TV, now naked and ready for bed
9. Tomorrow is a busy day
10. I don't know how my fiends do it, but I think they are still out partying. And they are up early for work tomorrow too!
11. Of course I can't get my friends to commit or to have any interest in seeing The Wrestler. Not crazy about Micky Rourke, but the other beef look interesting. Oh. And so does the story. So sometime this week, maybe tomorrow night I will hop over to the theater on my own. It might be an interesting watch.

you need to fart.

so you time your farts with the beat.

you start to feel better as you approach your stop.

As you are leaving the bus,
people are really staring you down,
