13 days without coffee.
1. I woke up at 6 am to go to the gym. Even though I got to sleep at midnight, I was amazingly awake, with no need of caffeine. But I went back to sleep anyway.
2. It seems, that like sugar/candies, the high I get from coffee is temporary, and the drop is just as bad. I have not even consumed tea's so far.
3. Last night my trainer worked on my shoulders and triceps. We did not do heavy weights, but more reps, for better conditioning; to get that pump. Even with lighter weights, my arms and shoulders were burning by the end of the workouts.
4. I missed gym tuesday, due to rehearsal, and will miss tonight for rehearsal. So catch up will be either tomorrow morning, or night and Saturday morning.
