I almost ate a whole chicken in 10 minutes. OINK! Now I am nauseous.
1. Since I have started with my trainer again, all at the gym, were asking me, "Isn't it great your working with Chris again? Your sweating buckets!".
2. I am. Hard work, but I am
3. One thing he did for me months ago was set up a high protein diet(real food) in conjunction with protein drinks.
4. So for lunch, for example, I am to eat 1-2 chicken breasts, yam or rice, and a veggie.
5. Then later for a snack, tuna, or protein drink
6. Then a full dinner at night.
7. I followed it for awhile, but then sort of fell by the way side. Normally do the chicken sandwich, carrots, chips. Large chicken breast/or steak at night. And of course Protein drinks.
8. I am certainly bulking up, but not as fast as I would like.
9. So now that I am on my 2nd week of working out really hard, I am starving like a pig
10 At lunch I went to Safeway got 3 bags of frozen chicken breasts, salmon, yogurts.
11. I also got precooked chicken. Starving at lunch, I ate almost 2/3rds of it (mostly sans skin).
12. Now I feel like throwing up. OINK!
13. Off for a protein drink snack! Then back to the gym tonight.
14. One guy I talk to eats 3 cans of tuna per day as a snack. I might try that too.
15. Everyone that is serious about bulking tell me they are eating all the time. So here we go! OINK!
