1. I would say of about 90% of my friends on Facebook are game'aoholics.
2. So when I log on, all I see is the long list of posts, of what game they are on, who won etc.
3. This is sort of annoying. Some are even hooked up to some site (via phone) that tells us where they exactly are (via google maps) and posts it. Why not just put a GPS chip under your skin? "So that's where my BF is. That tramp!" LOL :)
4. I still am not totally into FB. Yes it's great for event announcements.
5. But posts move so fast, I can't catch up after a full one or two days of being away from it.
6. I know I post a lot sometimes, but some people, post as if they are not even working at work at all.
7. I wonder how much down time, businesses are loosing when employees are constantly using this and other blogs, during work hours.
8. Our company sent out a company wide email stating that the office PC's are to be used only for business and not personal business.
9. I am guilty as ever. I check my personal emails often, post on this and FB, when things are slow at work. I do delete browser history, cookies, passwords, and all, every time I after I'm on.
10. Hope that works.
11. Last Monday, I clicked on the recent items tab, and a icon of a photo "Asian Pussy Girls", popped up. The photo had been deleted from the desktop and files, but looks like the weekend leasing consultant was looking at porn at work (that's why I ask those to put any naked photos behind the cut please)? I will have to talk with him next time :(

Punch Your Co-Worker Day Is Coming October 23rd!!

(That's only one day away...so be thinking just which one tops your list...! Time To Get Revenge!!!)

October 23rd is the official Slap Your Irritating Co- workers Holiday: Do you have a co- worker who talks nonstop about nothing, working your last nerve with tedious and boring details that you don't care about? Do you have a co-worker who ALWAYS screws up stuff creating MORE work for you? Do you have a co-worker who kisses so much booty; you can look in their mouth and see what your boss had for lunch? Do you have a co-worker who is SOOO obnoxious, when he/she enters a room, everyone else clears it? Well, on behalf of Ike Turner, I am so very very glad to officially announce SLAP YOUR IRRITATING CO-WORKER DAY! Here are the rules you must follow:

* You can only slap one person per hour - no more.
* You can slap the same person again if they irritate you again in the same day.
* You are allowed to hold someone down as other co-workers take their turns slapping the irritant.
* No weapons are allowed...other than going upside somebody's head with a stapler or a hole-puncher.
* If questioned by a supervisor [or police, if the supervisor is the irritant], you are allowed to LIE, LIE, LIE!

Now, study the rules, break out your list of folks that you want to slap the living day lights out of and get to slapping on October 23rd... And have a great slapping day!

Diet and things such as shampoos can lower it :(
A recent article in Muscle and Fitness had some interesting points (at my age, I need all the help I can get! (lol).
This article is pretty detailed, but here are a few examples

Testosterone has profound effects on both body health and brain health.

To keep or increase your testosterone optimal levels.
1. Keep body fat to a minimum.
a.Eating too many calories can lead to an increase of body fat, which enhances estrogen production, and decreases Test levels. However it has been found that mono and saturated fats (avacados, nuts, olive oil) increase Test production.
b.Carb intake also keeps the Test levels up. Be sure the carb intake exceeds protein intake, for optimal Test production.
c. Eating more cholesterol also increased production (egg yolks, dairy products, red meat, and shellfish)
d. Eat foods that have a negative effect on estrogen levels: Bok Choy, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower.
2. Keep stress under control.
3. Limit alcohol intake
4. Get plenty of rest/sleep (I need to be asleep now)
5. Take supplements. Like Tribulus terrestris (I know, it works! Cum for days!)
6. Avoid products that contain parabens. These can exist in shampoos, body lotions, toothpaste, to shaving creams; they lower Test levels.
7. Limit your exposure to gasoline and related chemicals. Levels of test are lowered with long exposures to gasoline.
8.If you are working out, workout time is when you want the Test levels to be the highest.
a. Don't train every body part. Training too hard or too often increases levels of catabolic hormones such as cortisol, which will decease anabolic hormones, such as Test.
b. They suggest, if straight, don't workout in a gym that has all men. The presence of women can raise the levels. If Gay, well, you know, "work out with the men!". LOL!
They suggest to "try to get aroused (with out going too far), before working out (preferably not in the locker room)". Arousal, like erections, increase the amount of testosterone in the bloodstream.
c. Who would of thunk :)
