What phase was the moon on your birthday?
Mar. 15th, 2011 11:23 amThanks to
merlinwon, for this one
You were born during a First Quarter moon

- what it says about you -
You like to make up your own mind. You may find it hard to relate to mainstream opinions on issues, and you definitely don't always like what's popular. You can work out solutions and give birth to big ideas when left to yourself, and other people will be impressed with your conclusions even if they're not sure how you arrived at them.

I am requesting these few days off, since I will hopefully be taking some time off 2 weekends back to back. I would take the full week off, but would like to save that for another time. Finding coverage can be the pits.
1. Looks like Mama has found an incredible house for Lazy Bear Weekend. Eight of us will be there for the festivities. She said we will be kissing her feet when we see the place! I will probably take that Friday (maybe Thursday too) and Monday off.
2. For the first time Tom and Lee invited me to their annual Yuba River weekend. That will be the weekend following Lazy Bear. I will probably just take Friday off for that one. A nice group of men apparently go on this trip! :P
We rent out cabins at Piety Hills and travel to the bridges crossing the Yuba River gorge. Hike back about a mile on an easily accessible trail. The best part about this long weekend is that we divide up dinners and lunches. Groups are designated to be responsible for making just one meal of either lunch or dinner for everyone. Looks like Mark and Ho and I are one group cooking. Last year Mark had the group in tears with his wonderful and upscale cooking (he trained at a culinary academy). Also the beach is nude optional ;)
