We were just informed that my moms home sale just fell though. This was a "quiet sale", by the mother of the gay couple that lived next door. The woman, is living in Palm Springs; and for some odd reason could not complete the purchase. Her representative said it was nothing we did, but for some financial reasons, she could not go forward (either her stock investments plummeted, or her home sale failed? Who knows?). So back to square one. We may get a large equity line on the home, and also put home on mkt. That means I am up to Sac on weekends even more :(. Thank god I know some friends up there or I would go bonkers!
It's been a long day. Up at the gym at 6am, and I am pooped. Off to dreamland.....

banks are doing very weird things now with credit - asking up to 30% deposits and the like.
