1. After posting last night, I suddenly came up with a headache
2. So off to bed and asleep
3. Woke up about 2 hrs later (2am), with sweats, and somewhat rapid or pounding heart beat
4. OK I had 5-6 beers at Sunday Beer Bust, and later went dancing for a few hrs, no drinking
5. Had Sushi, Salmon teriyaki, water, then home. So no alcohol for 5-6 hrs after bust and Daddy's (440)
6. Got maybe 3 hrs sleep
7. To add to the uncomfortable evening/morning, a brief dream/nightmare that my mom died
8. I was to get to gym, at 6am, called my trainer and canceled
9. Fell asleep at 6:30, which made it worse. I was really tired (I should of gone to the gym)
10 So what happened? Was the Lipitor, that I take nightly, that is forever in my system reacting to beer? Maybe. I did not take any last night.
12 I also had a similar reaction yrs ago to MSG. So maybe the salmon dinner had MSG? The Sushi place on Castro is suppose to be MSG free
13 I forgot, but I should of taken a Benedryl when I was getting this reaction. If it disappeared, that would of been the answer. MSG allergic reaction. I've had it before. Or I am allergic to beer? I am allergic to gin. Maybe my system is changing.

Today
1. Sleepy head in office all day
2. My trainer met me at my apt after work, and I took him to dinner at Westlake Joe's. Had huge steaks!
3. He came back to my place and I helped edit and organize his resume.
4 It was a bit challenging, with little sleep
5. I have some dicey jpgs on my desk top stacked on each other, so he would not see the file names (dirty names :)
6. But to send the edited resume and cover letters to his email, I had to attach from the desktop files. And oops! The list of all the desktop items pop up. I hope he did not notice, as he was looking over my shoulder :). This young straight man may be offended!
7. I am to do the gym tomorrow on my own after work
8. Will meet him on Wed am. Rest and sleep is primary importance when working out.
9. I'm beat

- Apparently, although there's a widespread belief that MSG causes problems in some people, there's no evidence that it's true. With that said, even if the sushi place doesn't add any MSG, there's a lot of natural glutamates in the seaweed wrappers.

- Next time you have to straighten out your desktop, create a folder with some inoffensive name and drop all the filth into it. Works for me!

Yeah. Those are rumors. Yet I know a woman, who swears she is allergic; rapid heart rate, breathing difficulties, leading to hospital care. Much like one allergic to seafood. Well, I will keep my usual limit to 3 bears (oops! Freudian slip), I mean 3 beers, and go from there. There may be and allergy correlation to that. Or something else in the salmon. Or maybe I just had a panic attack. This happened to me a lot yrs ago. Had stress tests etc, and all was ok. So go figure.
