Accruing at a Turtle's Pace

I just checked my last pay stub. It shows I have 90 hrs of Vacation time accrued so far. That is the pit fall of being fairly new at the job :(. With a short trip to Palm Springs soon, I should have more than enough for Lazy Bear in July, and Southern Decadence in Aug/Sept. But for anything other trips? We'll see.
Obviously, I will incorporate as many weekends as possible, and sick time if needed
