My trainer was right. Oatmeal before gym training works wonders. Slow burning carbs, gives strength, energy. So this morning with my Oatmeal, 2 hardboiled egg whites, light protein drink, with glutamine, coffee. No bread= slows one down. I had lots of energy.

Yeah. I've started seeing bread as "evil".

You see, it's too easy to snack on bread, and if you did, you'd have to put something on it - like .

If you didn't have bread around, you'd have to snack on something else, like maybe a piece of fruit.
