cellboyMy trainer was right. Oatmeal before gym training works wonders. Slow burning carbs, gives strength, energy. So this morning with my Oatmeal, 2 hardboiled egg whites, light protein drink, with glutamine, coffee. No bread= slows one down. I had lots of energy.
