Baked 5 chicken breasts, and 2 sweet potatoes, to nuke for dinner, after gym (if I work out at night before dinner). All I need to do is cook fresh or frozen veggies, and toss a quick salad. If no potatoes, then instant brown rice. Other choices in the fridge for this week, salmon, or steak :)
