(Watch the anti-war Lefties become supporters of the draft when it's used to remedy "homophobia") And yes there would be severe morale problems for normal men forced to live as the objects of sexual interest of other men with whom they share close quarters. However, the much bigger, longer-term problem is the threat of a homosexual takeover of the military branches.

Historically, male homosexuality was much more often associated with hyper-masculine warrior cults which were usually very brutal and very politically aggressive. The most recent example was in Germany. Hitler's initial power base when he launched the Nazi Party was a private homosexual military force organized and trained by a notorious pederast named Gerhard Rossbach. Rossbach's homosexual partner Ernst Roehm, who was also Hitler's partner in forming and building the Nazi Party, converted the "gay" Rossbachbund into the dreaded SA Brownshirts."

1. Be so butch we will take over the military and eventually the world.
2. Are single handedly responsible for the rise of Hitler and the Nazi Party.
3. Recruit teen boys from high schools for sex. (Lesbians can rest during this step)
Well! With all that to accomplish, my day planner is full for the rest of the year. Lets see, Step One - becoming Butch. I wonder how long that will take? I get tired just thinking about it. I will just have to relax, for the rest of the afternoon, in a nice bubble bath. I'll worry about world conquest tomorrow.

You would think that if they hate the homosexuals so much they would WANT us over there, losing our lives instead of their precious Hetero sons.
I have thought about the military many times, and surprisingly not because of the sexual fantasies that seem to be linked to homosexuals in the forces. I would love the discipline and structure - it's something many people of and around my generation don't have. (as well as respect, and work ethic it seems) but that's a rant for another place.
I'll be glad to see all of Obama's plans come to fruition.
