grizzlyzone had the correct answer.
A pickle fork, or Pickle Pincher. Just press the top, like a syringe, and the fork appears.
shirtlifterbear will also be glad to know, it works perfectly well for getting those olives out of the small jars when making martini's :)
And knowing this group, I'm sure you have already thought of something kinky to do with this too! ;)
