jackal posted an interesting question. And this has been spinning in my head. Is it? If they touch each other during the act, is it? If they don't is it? Or is it in any case?

Gay dad/son combo. The dad is in his 50s and the son is in his 30s (so both consenting adults). Both are tops. They double team guys. Since they are not technically having sex with EACH OTHER, but rather both topping the same guy at the same time...

Is that incest?

No. If they're not inserting each other's bits into each other's bits, it's not incest and no sex took place.

The whole concept of incest doesn't really apply to dad/son pairings anyhow. At its core incest is all about inbreeding. Since dad and his boy aren't going to get each other preggers no matter how hard they try, it's not really incest no matter how icky people find it.

Now if the kid is underage, that's a different matter... but that's covered by statutory rape laws, not incest.
