I'm full time and working the 4-day week out of the company's economic neccessity. They have to reduce manpower costs, overtime is banned!

The main drawback is less money, I'm not getting paid the same as if I was getting 5 days per week.

I know. But wouldn't it grand if we could be paid the same as if we were working a 5 day week, and get 3 days off? Now that would be the life!
