1. So guess it was food poisoning (not the flu?). After talking with friends, all are experiencing the same reactions a few days later. Runs, cramps. Joy! :(
2. So due to stomach cramping (no it's not my time of month) yesterday, I skipped gym
3. Feeling better today, but with a low grade fever, and some stomach gurgling, I canceled my trainer.
4. I miss 2 days at the gym and feel that I have suddenly gained weight, getting pudgy,and lost control of my life. Can we say gym addicted?
5. Last night, instead of spending time on DH, SD, BF, BMB, and LJ, and.... (except for maybe 10 minutes), I filed all my papers that were haunting me for months. I can now see the bed!
6. Next time I need to go through my file cabinets again, and weed out all the unnecessary papers I have kept for years. Too many years. And so much unnecessary stuff.
7. I suppose I filed a lot of this crap when I moved a lot, as sort of a temporary storage spot and forgot about it
8. One file drawer I forgot about was my porn magazine drawer. Porn under old tax papers. Wow. Stuff as far back as the 80's. Colt, Mandate, Blueboy, Honcho. Those men were hot and beefy! Wonder who is still alive. Those I will keep for awhile.
9. So tonight I need to rest to get really well for the weekend. Will probably do gym tomorrow, and Friday.
10. Is it 6 yet?

hopin' all is goin' better...and pushin' yourself too hard...especially if you have the flu (in the future)...there is evidence that taking up to 2 weeks off from lifting..is beneficially sound advise to give out...

Yep. I've read that. Some say it's ok to work out if the cold or symptom is above the neck. If the symptom is below the neck, usually 1-2 week break from workouts is best. :)
