1. With the other protein and vitamin supplements that I usually order, I did also get Stemulite
2. I think it may be working(Placebo effect?). I do have more energy, sleeping better, not sure of the recovery time. But maybe it is too soon to tell after only one week. So after a few weeks, I will update the results.
3. The only odd issue is, that the night-time pill has Melatonin, to take you to a quick REM sleep.
4. I remember yrs ago, a flight attendant BF of mine, who had problems sleeping, turned me on to Melatonin.
5. It worked pretty well, but it also gave me weird dreams. I am having them again.
6. As for the gym, my trainer was mad at me last night for adding heavy bicep workouts to my leg workouts on Sunday. A no no. Never work on biceps the day before you are to work on chest. He was right. Although I had a good work out last night, my arms were a bit spent from the day before. We were doing conditioning sets, not heavy weights, just lots of reps.
7. Tonight, it's shoulders, and traps.
8. I must say, that since my back problem last year, and my fractured foot a few months ago, I am finally, and slowly getting back to doing heavier weights.
