cellboy1. I go on line to make a payment to Fidelity Home Warranty.
2. Click on the submit button.
3. Syntax error pops up.
4. I click again
5. Syntax error
6. I click again
7. Syntax error (I made another payment on the site previously with no errors).
8. The payment is submitted, I check site to check my balance due; the correct amount has been paid, 0.00 balance due.
Log off
1. I go to on line to my bank to check my statements
2. The payment is showing but paid 6 times!!!!! WTF?
3. I called my bank, and said I need to call the vendor, and give the the Merchant Release number(which she gave me), to call at have them take care of it.
4. I called Fedelity, they are closed until Monday. I left a message tho
5. Well that screws up my account for the weekend :(
