It's Friday!

1. For some reason I have been a day off all week! I thought it was Friday, yesterday. And it was Thursday on Wednesday, and so on and so on. LOL

2. Yes. The usual up to SF for Happy Hr at the Midnight Sun to get our Bear fix :)

3. Costco gas is up to $3.99 for reg. Up $0.08 since last week! They were just finishing filling up the tanks, so fresh gas! (The truck driver was hot!)

4. My Real Estate license expires in June. I really don't need it, but since it is cheaper to extend and take the classes than to start over from scratch and take the test with the State, I guess I'll do it. Can do it on line, but I really prefer live classes. Less boring. Need to get some quiet time to do it.

5. The cold weather has returned. Buurrrr. My poor newly planted baby plants! Furnace on last night and this morning. Suppose to be colder tomorrow morning.

I just renewed my Arizona Real Estate License and since I am not in AZ right now I did it on line as well. God I hated it, nest time I will do it in person in AZ.

Something what´s always makes me confused... if you live in my country and you get a license once you´ll have it your whole life. You don´t need to re-new it. You can lose your driver license forever but only if you made a real and horrible mistake like drinking and driving and killing someone because of that combo.
What does a Real Estate license mean? Sorry for being stupid but I really don´t know. *blush*

Sorry to hear that the cold weather returned. I have a lot of sun and it´s warm. I´m sorry for your plants I hope they will survive that colder weather.

It is a state issued license to sell real estate (homes, condos, property). Each state issues one. Need to know certain laws etc... You then hang your license with a RE Broker, to be active and able to sell homes (or you can get a broker license, which is a bit more tedious). In California, a Real Estate license is valid for 5 yrs. If you don't have your license with a broker, then you can't use it to sell.
