Since no gym tonight

cellboyI'm eating dinner light tonight (to counter act the half bag of potato chips I ate at lunch :(
1. I finally dug out my vegetable/rice steamer out of storage
2. So I'm steaming Yellow Squash, mushrooms, and Asparagus (better block my nose tonight when I pee. Thank God I'm alone tonight!)
3. I will also be poaching Tilapia with lemon, garlic, and tarragon. Plus eating some leftover Quinoa for extra protein.
4. Tomorrow night I steam the 4 artichokes. Then later on in the evening, I will be roasting some raw sunflower seeds while watching American Idol. I'm so domestic! :)
