SF Eagle Update
Apr. 19th, 2011 12:43 pmhttp://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/?sk=messages&tid=1959258019438
The good news is the Eagle has at the very least another month! We are hoping for more of course and here are some ways to help out! A special thanks to Scott Wiener, Jane Kim, and David Compos for their letter recommending that the transfer of a liquor license should "not hurt the standing of the Eagle Tavern" due to its service over the past 30 years to the LGBT community. Now we must work together to continue to save this venerable instsitution for future generations.
Mostly to all of us who have fought to keep the Eagle open THANKS SO MUCH! Your all awesome and we in SF are very greatfull.
