1. I have been so grumpy, and on edge

2. Either it because I am frustrated in my love relationships. Too much coffee? Too much Tribulus? Too much testosterone?

3. Maybe because Mother's Day is coming, and now I have no mom (although I have not really thought about it, maybe it's a subconscious thing).

4. I bit a residents head off yesterday. But I think for good reason. He was given a rent increase, to begin this month. The letter was sent out over 30 days ago. If he signed a new lease, he was to get an increase, but at a lower rate than that of a month to month rate.

5. The rent roll system is set up with me setting up the choice rates with the renewal of 6, 9, or 12 months. Or a month to month at a different rate. The letter out state that I must know, by the 23rd of the previous month.

6. They did not let me know. Being a nice guy, I called them last week. Left a lease with a
6,9 or 12 month under their door, with a note to let me know ASAP. I even called them last Thursday, Friday and Monday on the 2nd of the month before I set the new scheduled billing for rents in May. I left messages on the kids cell phones too, since the main resident is not fluent in English. The leas is to start on the first, and the system gave them till the 2nd to sign and begin the lease.

7. So he comes waltzing in yesterday afternoon, on the 4th, with the signed lease! ARG! I told him madly that the system has posted the rents due for this month, his new rate, is already posted in the system, $198 higher than the $98. He begged and begged if he could get the $98.

8. So I called Real Page help desk in Dallas. They could not set his start on the 1st or the 2nd, for the dates were forwarded. Can't go backwards.

9. This is hard to explain, but after some fumbling on the system, I figured a way around. Ugh! It doesn't sound like much, but it's the point. I try to help, and be Mr nice guy, and some people just don't get it. Or don't understand. Here I went beyond what I was suppose to do. I told myself last week, if they snooze they lose. I feel bad that I was snippy with him, but come on. I gave them lots of warning. I was being too much of a nice guy.

10. Then the most picky young and cute resident, that has been driving us bonkers for years, comes in asking for less of an rent increase. Complaining about everything. He could tell by my voice that I was getting very impatient. UGH! I almost said if your not happy MOVE OUT!!!

11. I thought going to the gym was to help me with stress! LOL!
