I just can't give it up
Jun. 22nd, 2011 04:56 pm1. So now, the food police is battering Potato Chips. Chips are piling on the pounds.
2. I probably have 20-30 chips a day at lunch. Reduced Guilt Kettle Cooked Chips from Trader Joe's. I love them!!
3. Well. I go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. Lift weights, cardio, crunches, and other ab work too. I eat low carbs, high protein, low fat meals.
4. So I'll cut back, but eat them anyway. Maybe 10 chips. That will be hard! Once I start it's hard to stop!
5. I will try substituting with something else once the bags are finished. Maybe that will help reduce the bit of fat on my tummy.
6. But then again I should have some food enjoyment in life :P

Weight is a big issue with me. I go by the qualitative school of thought, meaning that I worry more about what I eat, as opposed to the amount.
So, I have a big list of foods I avoid. A news articles comes out and says I should eat X vs Y, I'm on it.
Now, if the food police told the truth, I'd be 160 pounds. Let me tell you. They lie.
