cellboy: (So heavy)

1. So now, the food police is battering Potato Chips. Chips are piling on the pounds.

2. I probably have 20-30 chips a day at lunch. Reduced Guilt Kettle Cooked Chips from Trader Joe's. I love them!!

3. Well. I go to the gym at least 3-4 days a week. Lift weights, cardio, crunches, and other ab work too. I eat low carbs, high protein, low fat meals.

4. So I'll cut back, but eat them anyway. Maybe 10 chips. That will be hard! Once I start it's hard to stop!

5. I will try substituting with something else once the bags are finished. Maybe that will help reduce the bit of fat on my tummy.

6. But then again I should have some food enjoyment in life :P

Almonds are considered better. Higher in many nutrients. I always forget about that choice. Thanks! I will get some next time I'm out.

Come to think of it, my Grandmother lived to the ripe old age of 102. She lived on an Almond ranch for the last 30yrs of her life. She ate almonds daily (walnuts and oranges off the tree too). Maybe the almonds (and the genes of course) gave her those extra healthy years. But she really ate most anything, basic stuff, but not excessive, and had her glass of wine or sherry before bed. She always said, "Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince, and dinner like a Pauper, and you will live long."

OK. Now I'm getting hungry with all this. Off for a couple of tablespoons of Peanut Butter!
