Witches and Witchcraft

With October approaching here's a question:
Do you believe in Witches and Witchcraft? In the "power" of witchcraft. Many yrs ago I met a nice man at Daddy's Bar, that had a large pentagram of sorts tattooed over his back. After an initial brief conversation, I discovered he was a Witch(or is it Warlock). In any case, I was intrigued. Over time we would run into each other and continue much conversation. I think he "liked" me, but for me the chemistry was not there. Plus his religion, if you would call it that was a bit intimidating for me. He was very spiritual, and from what I remembered, he did relate to God also. He practiced the reverence of nature etc. Not Satan. So was he a minority? Or taking this cult and molding it to his own (as many people do with their own religion).
I must say though, he was the one of the nicest, gentlest people I had met. A good soul it seemed.

High School Renunion - How was yours?

I have decided to not. go to my 35th HS reunion BBQ this Saturday
Reason being:
1. Really was not that social in HS. In fact hated it. I was pretty much of a quiet geek.
2. The folks that I know I am not interested in.
3. I was not out until much later; and so not really into the closet game that day. If I did come out there, talk about gossip traveling :o)
4. Although at my 20 yr reunion, it was interesting to see the butch and studly jocks bald and overweight, the homely girls now pretty (blossomed) and the cheerleaders heavy and on their 3rd divorce. Ahh. Life does get even (lol)
5. I also have a tentative out of town guest staying for Folsom Fair.
6. My picture hanger is here Sat to hang my pictures (finally).

I am to send a questionnaire and a recent photo of myself. Hope I don't accidently send a risque one (lol)

Blane Jules......Low Carb....but is it low fat?

I just finished watching hunky Blane Jules on Fit TV cook up a storm. His show is Low Carb cooking, but man! He sure deep frys a lot. And the eggs! No substitutes. Hummmm. I just wonder what the deal is on this one. Will have to watch this one more closely
