High Protein Meal
Nov. 24th, 2008 02:40 pmSo my trainer decided since I am working out harder, I am maybe not getting enough protein. So he wrote me up an eating chart for the next 3 weeks. Since I am older and less testosterone produced to produce muscle growth (I am also supplementing with Tribulus or DHEA)
Breakfast : Oatmeal or toast, 4-3 eggs (whites), blueberries
Snack: Protein drink
Lunch: 2 chicken breasts, red potato (sweet potato)or brown rice, veggies (frozen ok)
Snack: 2 tuna sandwiches, or protein drink (think I will just eat tuna from a can)
Dinner: Salmon, Beef, or Chicken breast. Brown rice, or potato, veggies
That's a lot of food for the day!
But this huge guy at the gym said he eats all day. Grazes. Has tuna cans at his desk, veggies etc....
That's a lot of food!.
But at least it is "food" not steroids or growth hormones :)
