When will "Sagging" ever end?

Living in South San Francisco, "Sagging" is still seen as common place. In fact while at Walgreen's tonight, I saw quite a few young Saggers, with quite colorful boxers too! :) Why has this fad not yet disappeared? I remember hearing someone, on some show on Bravo, saying that it really is not in style anymore. Well this seems not to be the case here!

I HATE sagging (this is the first time I knew it had a name). Unless I am actually getting to see some hot ass that is!
