Back from Puerto Vallarta.
1. Being next to the Blue Chairs Gay Resort was perfect. Our condo with ocean view was very nice. Hearing the waves all day and night was so relaxing. So nice and warm, windows open 24/7.
2. Sitting on the Blue Chairs, and being served by the hot staff, whiletanning burning in the sun.... ahaaaaa
3. The last 2 days, I took it easy with the sprained foot. So a good reason to relax. (15 yrs ago, I fell while at work, 3 feet down and landed with a wonderful sprain. Since then that ankle always sprains easily.)
4. Manana, the gay night club is awesome. Why can't San Francisco have nice venues like this (even little Sacramento has better venues)? In fact all the gay venues there were very very nice!
5. There were lots of men from Canada too! Mostly from Quebec and Ontario.
6. The men, tourists, and locals alike were such eye candy!
7. On the plane ride home, I sat next to a hunky Latin contractor on his way back from visiting family/friends (a 3 month visit). We chatted for the whole 3 hr trip. Told me the places to live, buy, visit next time around. It is so comfortable there, I could live there in an instant.
8. Recession??. He told me Mexico had not been hit as hard by the recession as the US. Not sure about that, but the clubs, restaurants, beaches, city, and airports were sure crowded with visitors.
9. Reality. Home. Laundry. Balancing check book. Paying bills. Back to work tomorrow :(
10. And I have a lot of LJ reading to do too :)
11. When is the next vacation?
12. It's cold here! I have the heat on:(

So when do you plan on heading to Kansas City? Not nearly as exciting, but there must be some leather event or something that would make the trip worth it!
(((HUGS))) and glad you had such a good time!
