The weekend and week so far (Pride weekend and a tight night with 3 in bed)

1. I'm late posting. Been busy at work, and of course just catching up from a busy weekend

2. Last weekend was Pride weekend, which made it even more important to get to SF to meet those we know, and those visiting town!

3. Out on Friday night with Jim and friends, and ending up at Marlena's for the 21st Anniversary party of that fair establishment. The drag show was good! Unfortunately we thought there would be complementary snacks and food on the patio. But there wasn't. We later ended up at the Powerhouse. And after that a sumptuous dinner at Burger King. LOL

4. Saturday was the gym, errands, and then later that night out to the Castro to meet friends for Pink Saturday. My friend Tom, joe6pack3 came down from Sacramento for the weekend. Thanks to Tom for these photos!

5. So it was out that night with Jim and Tom. We first went for a cheap Chinese food dinner, close to my home. Then after it was off to the Castro.

5. PINK SATURDAY WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT! After luckily getting great parking a few block from the Castro. The walk in through the Castro did not last long. Packed, and rowdy, it really was not that fun. Most of the crowd it seemed were straight, young, gangs, and thugs running through the Castro. Sprinkle it with a few fist fights in the crowd, accompanied with vial language.....well it was time to leave the area. The festivity was a downer (much like Halloween in the Castro).

6. It seemed like every low life in the Bay Area showed up for this event. What got me was how the young kids were acting, swearing, etc..... Hummm. What will this kids be like when older?

7. So we made our way out of the Castro to SOMA, to the Lone Star. Now that's where we had fun. And it really never got that packed.

8. We sat in the back patio, had a few drinks and smoked our cigars.

9. Most of the bars in SOMA (except the Lone Star) had a $5 cover charge.

10. Home fairly late, we all relaxed at my place had a few drinks then it was off to sleep. All 3 of us!

11. A queen bed is not the best for 3 men, but it does make it tight. Which does eventually lead to a good time had by all!

12. I'll keep this post G rated. Lets just say, we all got along perfectly, and our play was fun.

13. I find it hard enough to get used to one snoring man to sleep with. But two! I think I got about 4 hrs sleep. Maybe less.

14. Jim had to be up early for work on Sunday, so it was just Tom and me to go to Gay Pride.

15. We decided to forgo the parade. He had seen it (thought it goes on too long), and I had been to it, walked in it several times since 1984. So we decided go to the after parade festivities at the Civic Center. Now that was fun.

16. This time I wore my tank top (weather was great!), wore my cap. And brought my sunscreen. Wore the cap. But forgot to put on the sun screen.

17. I was lobster red by Sunday night. And up to today, it is a bit uncomfortable wearing shirts.

18. We stayed for a few hrs, then ventured to the Castro to 440. Crowded, with go go boy entertainment, we had a good time, meeting friends etc.

19. Later Jim joined us after his work. His partner was off for the weekend and in the city too. They usually communicate at least a few times, to see if all is OK, or if one will be home later. After many texts from Jim, he had not heard from his partner all weekend. Nice partner huh?

20. Well he made the best of it and had a good weekend in any case.

21. We later had a dinner at the Sausage Factory, then it was home again. 3 men in bed, but this time it was hit the pillows hard. I of course did not sleep that well. This time not due to 2 hot men next to me snoring (which they did), but due to my sunburn! OUCH!

22. Tom was out the door by 3 am, to get to Sacramento for work. I was at my office promptly by 9 am, for an appointment that rescheduled a few minutes upon my arrival.

23. Today I got a last minute notice from my GM that they visit the property on Wednesday with my companies owner. So here we go. Scramble!

24. Most of the windows to the building are washed inside and out. All common area carpets had been cleaned last week. Just lots of other stuff to do, which will not be done in time

25. And the odd rain storm we got today, hopefully won't dirty our clean windows too much.

26. It was raining pretty hard today. But temps were balmy. Much like East Coast weather. Tonight the skies are clearing, and it's getting a bit chilly. Then by the weekend, it's to be mega warm again! Weird weather!

Sounds like you had a good weekend..with two others men in one bed? Wow, sounds interesting. ;-)

Sorry about your sunbown, you such use sun blockers if you go outside during the summer, is very important, not only to avoid the pain of a sunburn...

Nice pictures. You really looks good, working out seems to be really good for you. :-)
